Time: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $27.- $30. Per hour, depending on experience
Location: Alpharetta, GA
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Incident Response Manager to lead and coordinate our incident response operations and team. This pivotal role involves managing a dedicated team of incident response personnel and overseeing the resolution of security, emergency, and roadway incidents.
The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in emergency response or roadway maintenance, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise. Reporting directly to the Highway Maintenance Manager, the Incident Response Manager will work closely with the Traffic Management Center (TMC) to ensure rapid incident resolution, minimize disruptions, and support swift recovery efforts.
This role plays a critical part in reducing congestion, enhancing safety, and improving mobility within the 16-mile SR400 Express Lane construction project. By effectively managing incidents, the Incident Response Manager contributes to the overall success and efficiency of the corridor.

This candidate should be comfortable working with the public with a proven ability to manage tasks in a professional manner. The Incident Response Manager should have general automotive knowledge, ex: jumpstarts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel deliveries. The candidate should have the ability to work independently and keep detailed records of all incidents.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent Driving Record
- Five years of incident response experience
- Management Experience
- Advanced computer skills
- Must be reliable, team player, problem solver, with a good attitude
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment (shift work may be required)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in traffic operations, emergency dispatch, or transportation systems
- familiarity with traffic management software
- ASE Certified or other Professional Automotive Training Preferred
- OSHA Safety Certificate
- Call Center experience
- Will be TIM Certified if not already Certified
This position will pass a drug and background screening, MVR screening before start.
