We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Research target companies and decision-makers using online tools and databases, AI tools.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and qualified leads.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the IT or tech sector.
- Proven ability to cold call and engage prospects effectively.
- Strong skills in online research and using platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated self-starter, driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IT services or SaaS solutions.
- Understanding of the challenges and needs of mid-sized enterprises.
- Ability to identify prospect pain points and articulate Consello’s services
