Social Services Coordinator 

• 35-40 Hours a week (5 days per week, on-site between both clinics. ) This is not a remote role

• BSW preferred, MSW and Licensing, with experience a benefit
• Understanding of family systems, social work, and case management best practices
• 2+ years of successful professional experience, preferably in a related field
